Facility Maintenance
|
|
Volunteers work to provide
planning and oversight for the upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of the
church facilities and grounds. |

Finance Team
|
|
The Finance Team manages the
finances of the church, from depositing and accounting for pledges, writing
checks, preparing monthly financial statements and budgeting. |

Publicity/Marketing |
Committee members work with
our clergy, vestry members, and the various ministries and activity
groups to help communicate and publicize events within and outside of
A&HT.

Tellers |
|
After the 10:00 a.m. worship
service each Sunday, on a scheduled basis, the tellers count monies put
into the offering plate and prepare the items for deposit. |

Worship
Planning/Implementation |
|
The Worship Planning Team
deals with all aspects of the worship experience, from preparing the
seasonal worship booklets to scheduling and creating special worship
events. |

Worship Space
Planning |
|
This group studies and
discusses changes to our worship space to enable A&HT as a congregation in
the Anglican tradition to do what we do in our space in a better way, and
constructs educational programs and experiences designed to share the
results of the group's work with other members of the parish. |

Vestry |
Nine elected parishioners
serve three-year terms on the governing body of the parish, while working
with the Rector to shape the direction of A&HT's ministry. The vestry
also includes a senior warden and a junior warden, who both serve
one-year terms.
